Refunds & Returns Policy

At PlantBase, customer satisfaction is important to us. Our refunds and returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically issued to your original payment method within a few business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Recheck your bank account

  2. Contact your credit card provider (processing times may vary)

  3. Contact your bank for further details

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@plantbase.eu with your order details.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

For higher-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
